During the Holiday season we understand that items are purchased in advance. So we can accept order placed between Dec 1st through Dec. 20th back for either a exchange or return up to 7 days after Christmas.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship next business day. Orders that are placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Depending on your location and shipping method selected, shipping time can be anywhere from 2-10 business days.

Hey Dude warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from heydudeshoesusa.com or an authorized dealer.
The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
