I purchased my shoes at an authorized retailer and need to return/exchange them, will HEYDUDE shoes provide a return label?

No, please contact the retailer you purchased your shoes from for any returns or exchanges.

I received my order as a gift and I would like to return it.

Please visit our return center. You will select 'Returning a Gift' and follow the prompts. Please note that refunds will be returned on original payment.

Can I return or exchange a gift card?

The purchaser can make the request for the purchased value or unused balance. Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method. Please contact customer service for assistance.


How do I use my store credit?

HEYDUDE Shoes has made the use of store credit simple and easy…Store credit codes are issued in the form of E-Gift Cards!
At checkout simply enter the unique E-Gift Card code sent to the email on file into the box marked 'Gift Card' or 'Coupon Code' and the proper credit will be applied. Simple, Fast and Easy!

What is your refund policy?

What is considered a manufactured defect?

The warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
