Returns and Exchanges

Refunds within the first 7 Days of receiving your order

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your shoes, we’re happy to take them back as long as they are new and unused. Here is how you go about returning your shoes.

Step 1.  Send an email to support@hey-d.com with your order number or name and we’ll email you a return #  and customer form 

Step 2.  Send back your shoes with the filled out customer form

Step 3.  As soon as your shoes are checked into our warehouse, we will issue your refund minus shipping

Exchanges within 14 Days of receiving your order

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your new and unused shoes and would like to exchange them for a different size or style, simply follow steps 1 and 2 mentioned above. Once your shoes arrive to us we will send out your exchange. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE  POLICY?

During the Holiday season we understand that items are purchased in advance. So we can accept order placed between Dec 1st through Dec. 20th back for either a exchange or return up to 7 days after Christmas. Any orders placed after Dec. 20th will be subjec to to normal return policies. 

I PURCHASED MY SHOES AT A AUTHORIZED RETAILER AND NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THEM, WILL HEY DUDE SHOES PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL?

No, Hey Dude Shoes cannot issue refunds for in store purchases. Please contact the retailer you purchased your shoes from for any returns or exchanges. If the retailer does not have the shoes for an exchange, we can complete your request but proof of purchase must be provided and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

DOES HEY DUDE OFFER RETURN LABELS?

Yes, ** As of 5/15/2017, FOR heydudeshoes.com customers only within the continental United States, every FULL PRICED ORDER will include a free standard shipping return label (**not included in box, read below). We accept unused shoes purchased directly from heydudeshoes.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund and 14 days from receiving your order for an exchange. Gift Cards and other items marked "Sale/Final Sale" or shoes purchased using the Box Free shipping method are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.  To receive your free return label send an email to support@hey-d.com with your order # and request.

Offer not valid on shipments made prior to May 15, 2017, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii , international shipments or other shipments outside the continental United States , "Sale/Final Sale" orders or shoes purchased using the Box Free shipping method. In store purchases are excluded from this promotion. 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHOES I PURCHASED USING THE BOX FREE SHIPPING METHOD?

All shoes purchased using the box free shipping method can only be sent back for store credit or exchange of an item of equal value. 

**Refunds will not be issued on any box free order as we recycle the shoe box once your order has been shipped.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHOES I PURCHASED ON SALE/CLEARANCE?

All shoes purchased on Clearance/Sale can only be sent back for store credit or exchange of an item of equal value. 

**The return or exchange policy is not valid on clearance items or orders outside of the United States. Shipping costs are non refundable.

*International customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to Hey Dude because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
