Refunds within the first 7 Days of receiving your order
If for any reason you’re not satisified with your shoes, we’re happy to take them back as long as they are new and unused. Here is how you go about returning your shoes.
Step 1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or name and we’ll email you a return # and customer form
Step 2. Send back your shoes with the filled out customer form
Step 3. As soon as your shoes are checked into our warehouse, we will issue your refund minus shipping
Exchanges within 14 Days of receiving your order
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your new and unused shoes and would like to exchange them for a different size or style. Simply just follow steps 1 and 2 mentioned above. Once your shoes arrive to us we will send out your exchange.
During the Holiday season we understand that items are purchased in advance. So we can accept order placed between Dec 1st through Dec. 20th back for either a exchange or return up to 7 days after Christmas. Any orders placed after Dec. 20th will be subjec to to normal return policies.
All shoes purchased using the box free shipping method can only be sent back for store credit or exchange of an item of equal value.
**Refunds will not be issued on any box free order as we recycle the shoe box once your order has been shipped.
All shoes purchased on Clearance/Sale can only be sent back for store credit or exchange of an item of equal value.
**The return or exchange policy is not valid on clearance items or orders outside of the United States. Shipping costs are non refundable.
*International customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to Hey Dude because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
