Based on recent California government restrictions,  Hey Dude Shoes staff will be supporting you from our homes for the time being. 

 

You can still order a pair of your favorite shoes, your loyalty is more important for us now than ever!  PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME ORDERS PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE MIGHT BE DELAYED DAYS OR WEEKS DEPENDING ON HOW THE SITUATION EVOLVES.

 

As a thank you for supporting us in these uncertain times, we are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on any order placed starting today through the duration of our statewide shutdown.

F.A.Q. 

How do I know when my order will be processed?

Most orders placed at this time will not be processed until we return to our regular business procedures.  As this is an ever evolving situation, we will let you know should there be any changes in our situation or timeframes.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders that do not have tracking can be cancelled at this point, please contact our customer service team at support@hey-d.com or via Live Chat. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed from March 20 and later may not be fulfilled for several weeks, depending on our state’s guidelines.  We will keep you up to date with the latest possible information, including when we will return to our regular operating procedures.

When will my return be processed?

We cannot process returns at this time, If you need to make a return, please request your return on our website (HERE) and we will approve your request as soon as possible.  

As we are unable to receive packages at our facility for the time being, we ask that you hang on to your return items until we are able to send you a label via email.
Any return that is currently pending at our facility or in transit to us will be processed when our team returns to regular operations.
