How do I know when my order will be processed?
Most orders placed at this time will not be processed until we return to our regular business procedures. As this is an ever evolving situation, we will let you know should there be any changes in our situation or timeframes.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that do not have tracking can be cancelled at this point, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Live Chat.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed from March 20 and later may not be fulfilled for several weeks, depending on our state’s guidelines. We will keep you up to date with the latest possible information, including when we will return to our regular operating procedures.
