LATE DELIVERY REFUND AND DISCLAIMER
While we take great strides to ensure on-time delivery, some of our orders may show up after the estimated delivery date.
Here are a few common reasons why deliveries are delayed:

- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
- Unforeseen shipping delays
The recommended actions are:
- Confirm estimated delivery date and address in your order history
- Check payment processing status in your order
- Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns, and HEYDUDE shoes reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from refund.
GIFT CARD DISCLAIMER
We offer gift cards to spread the love of comfort. For your gifting convenience, you can return or exchange your gift card if you no longer need it The purchaser can make the request for the purchased value or unused balance. Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method. Please contact customer service for assistance.

By reaching out to our support team, (Support@hey-d.com) HEYDUDE shoes will offer refunds for late deliveries, based off each unique circumstance. COLORADO RETAIL DELIVERY FEE
As of July 1, 2022, The Colorado Department of Revenue implemented a new non-refundable $0.27 delivery fee that HEYDUDE is required to collect on shipments to an address in Colorado. The fee is collected once per order and will be reflected on your order confirmation email. Qualifying requests for refunds will be processed minus the non-refundable delivery fee.
