WHAT IS HEY DUDE SHOES RETURN POLICY?

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for refund or store credit. The product being returned must have the original tags, be unworn, free of wear and tear.  *Dirty or used items will be returned to the customer*.

 

  • Refunds are accepted on regular priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Store credits are issued on regular priced items sent to us within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • Store credits are issued on all clearance and final sale items sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

DOES HEY DUDE OFFER RETURN LABELS?

 

Yes, orders including regular priced items will include a free standard shipping label if eligible.  *Orders including clearance or sale priced items are not eligible for free return shipping. Please see below for more information.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label if your order qualifies.  

 

 

This offer is not valid on international shipments, shipments outside of the continental United States, and sale/clearance/final sale items.

 

 

** If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, or if you are sending back clearance shoes, PLEASE email our customer service team with tracking information for your shoes at support@hey-d.com.  If you do not use the pre-paid shipping label provided, you will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost. 

 

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.  

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY?

 

During the Holiday season we understand that items are purchased in advance.  

Any order placed in the time between Black Friday and Christmas Day (Nov. 27, 2020 - Dec. 25) is eligible for return or store credit if sent back within 3 weeks of Christmas Day. (Must be post dated before Jan. 15, 2021) 

All orders placed before Black Friday or after Christmas Day will be subject to regular return policies. 

 

 

I PURCHASED MY SHOES AT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER AND NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THEM, WILL HEY DUDE SHOES PROCESS MY RETURN?

 

No, Hey Dude Shoes cannot issue refunds for in-store purchases. Please contact the retailer you purchased your shoes from for any returns or exchanges.

 

 

DOES HEY DUDE SHOES PAY FOR CUSTOM TAXES/DUTIES?

International customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to Hey Dude because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
