Hey Dude Shoes USA Return Policy

 

In an effort to better support our amazing customers, we are moving our return center to handle higher volumes as we enter the Holliday Season.  During this move, returns submitted over the next month will take longer to process, so we really appreciate your patience.

 

WHAT IS HEY DUDE SHOES RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns.  The product being returned must have the original tags, be unworn, free of wear and tear.  *Dirty or used items will not be issued refund or credit*

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund.

  • To exchange an item, choose the ‘Store Credit’ option on our return portal and you’ll receive a gift card code by email allowing you to quickly purchase the new item or size you want once your return is processed.

  • Refunds and store credits do not include original shipping costs.

  • You must first submit a Return Request on our website here

WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTED AS A RETURN?
Items we do not accept back:

  • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing it’s original tags. 

  • Shoes that are dirty and more specifically to the outsole, scuffed, worn or returned with missing pieces.  (This includes any dirt on the outsole.)

If your return comes back to us in any of these states, it is ineligible for return.  We will donate the item to charity and won’t be able to issue a credit. 

 

DOES HEY DUDE OFFER RETURN LABELS?
Yes, orders include a free return label via email.  You must first submit a Return Request on our website before you receive your pre-paid label. 

INITIATE YOUR RETURN HERE- PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED 

*Return labels not valid on international shipments, shipments outside of the continental United States, and final sale items.

** If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, PLEASE email our customer service team with tracking information for your shoes at support@hey-d.com.  If you do not use the pre-paid shipping label provided, you will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost. 

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY?

During the Holiday season we understand that items are purchased in advance.  
Any order placed in the time between Black Friday and Christmas Day (Nov. 27, 2020 - Dec. 25) is eligible for return or store credit if sent back within 3 weeks of Christmas Day. (Must be post dated before Jan. 15, 2021) All orders placed before Black Friday or after Christmas Day will be subject to regular return policies.  

 
I PURCHASED MY SHOES AT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER AND NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THEM, WILL HEY DUDE SHOES PROCESS MY RETURN?
No, Hey Dude Shoes cannot issue refunds for in-store purchases.  Please contact the retailer you purchased your shoes from for any returns or exchanges. 

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind all of our shoes.  If your item has arrived defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at support@hey-d.com

WHAT IF I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG MERCHANDISE?
Please visit our Returns Center.  Select the “received incorrect” option on the drop-down menu. Our team will send over a return label for the incorrect shoes. 

 

DOES HEY DUDE SHOES PAY FOR CUSTOM TAXES/DUTIES?
Hey Dude Shoes is NOT responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by an international customer’s specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to Hey Dude because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
